About Reiki: Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki is the combination of two Japanese words…Rei (God’s Wisdom or Universal Life Force) and Ki (energy). Reiki is a system of subtle energy healing using the laying on of hands. This Divine Energy is available to all people, regardless of belief system, and is transmitted by a unique system of attunements, which open the capacities of the practitioner for passing subtle energies and prayer through the hands. As a Reiki practitioner, my commitment is to honor and maintain my own being as a pure, open and holy vessel for God to promote a flow of healing energies on all levels. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. About Attunements: The Reiki Attunement is a powerful spiritual experience. It is the process of learning how to provide Reiki for others. In each attunement, you will receive a manual and be lovingly guided through the information. The attunement energies are channeled into the student through the Reiki Master. The process is Divinely guided and enables the recipient to permanently open and connect to the Universal Life Force energies on mental, physical, emotional and mindful levels. Each attunement clears and balances many important energy channels (chakras) within the body, preparing the future Reiki practitioner to be an open and holy vessel for healing purposes. Each level (Reiki I, Reiki II and Master level) are completed separately and I recommend approximately 3-6 months apart. Kim also provides on-going support is offered and encouraged for those who receive a Reiki Attunement.
